The unique prison cell-themed design of the hotel adds a fun twist to the overall experience while creating a charming atmosphere.
The parking situation was limited and could become quite congested, making it challenging to find a spot during peak times.

Extremely friendly and excellent staff, it was really good stay.
Excellent service, though a few employees were unprofessional. The location was perfect and magnificent, for example, West Highland Museum was at a medium distance from the hotel. Moreover, the area was pretty comfortable.

Central location, relatively near Lime Tree an Ealdhain Gallery.
Wi-Fi signal was not good.

The quirky design of the hotel is a fun twist that gives it character, and I appreciated the complimentary hot drinks available.
Room sizes felt cramped, limiting comfort for a solo traveler, and the ground floor location hindered ventilation due to a window that couldn't be opened safely. There was also confusion finding the reception area, tucked away in a breakfast room, not immediately visible upon entry. Noise disturbances were an issue, particularly from other guests, and the mattress was hard, contributing to less-than-ideal sleep quality. Parking was limited and disorganized, with cars often parked badly due to unclear markings.

It wasn't exactly a bargain , but acceptable.

Loved how unique the room was, especially with the toilet and sink right there. The private shower across the hall was a real treat after conquering Ben Nevis! Unwinding in the cozy lounge and enjoying breakfast was the perfect way to start the day. The only downside was that the room felt a bit snug, but it didn't overshadow the fun experience. 😊
